Accommodation
We have pre-booked rooms at a few different hotels in Uppsala. The blocked rooms are not available through other booking channels, only by the options stated with each hotel presentation below.
Room reservation is made on a first come – first served basis. Rooms and these rates are available up until 9 July, 2023 (or until the pre-blocked rooms are fully booked, if this happens before this date). After this date, you can contact the hotel for available rooms to the regular daily rate price.
For cancellation conditions, please check with the hotel at the reservation.
Radisson Blu Uppsala is a modern hotel with many facilities, located in the city center, close to the Central station. Walking distance to the conference venue is about 5 minutes. Reception is open 24 hours.
